Our Business Mail Forwarding Address gives you a discrete correspondence address for mail and is an ideal way of gaining a confidential address without expensive overheads. Our mail forwarding address allows you to receive your business correspondence at our discreet location and to have this forwarded anywhere in the UK or internationally.

Many start-ups begin using their residential address as their main business address which can of course lead to problems further down the line. Our Business Trading address can help stop unwanted callers and improve the professionalism of your company.

The main benefit of using our personal correspondence address is that it will help to keep your address private. It is also very useful if you are travelling in the UK or overseas or if you are without a convenient business address at present. Our business mail forwarding service allows us to receive your business mail and have it forwarded worldwide to an address of your choosing - anywhere in the UK or Worldwide

This service is designed to be discreet. Your address is kept completely confidential so your home can be protected safe and secure from unwanted cold callers and free from junk mail.

It is not just regular mail that we can accept for you. We can also take in and forward small parcels, so if you are expecting anything important that needs a signature for delivery, or any parcel that you are not going to be able to be around in person to accept, then knowing we can keep your parcels safe and secure for you will be a great weight off your mind.

    Once your registration is complete you will be able to start using our discreet business address as your own instantly.
  3. YOUR POST IS PROCESSED
    We will handle your post the way you have asked us to, forwarding your mail directly to your chosen address.

We also offer the facility of scanning and then emailing your mail direct to you with our Scan and Email Service.

Mail & Parcel Forwarding Fees with all of our services are:

  • Forwarded mail or parcels sent by Post are charged at the Royal Mail rate x 2 (+ any envelopes or wrapping materials used). A minimum charge applies which is the Royal Mail 100g Large Letter Price x 2
  • If we arrange a courier to deliver your mail or parcels, we charge £25.00 (+ any envelopes or wrapping materials used) on top of the courier fee.
  • If postage or courier costs are pre-paid by the client (you book your own courier) we charge a handling fee of £12.50 per item (+ any envelopes or wrapping materials used).
  • If parcels are collected from our office in person, a handling fee of £2.50 per item collected is charged.
  • With the Low User Mail Forwarding Service there is a mail handling fee of £2.50 per item forwarded (or collected), this is charged in addition to any scanning, courier; postage or collection fee. This fee is not charged with the Full Mail Forwarding Service
  • For any mail that is forwarded-on by Royal Mail, the minimum postage charge we make is 2 x the current price charged by Royal Mail for a Large Letter, up to 100g.
  • If we Scan & Email your mail, we charge 25p + VAT per side of paper (with content) that is scanned. We charge 50p per side if items need to be scanned manually (for example, pages in a bound document).
  • Mail Disposal Fee: We charge disposal fees for mail that is not forwarded or returned to sender. These are: Standard sized letters 20p per item; Large Letters & small packets 50p per item; Parcels from £1 per item £10 per item dependent on size and contents.
  • No items of Business Mail or Personal Mail or Parcels are forwarded free of charge (except mail from HMRC & Companies House sent to a company or company director that has a Registered Office or Directors Service Address facility; this mail is scanned & emailed free of charge. If this mail is posted then the fees above are charged)
  • All our prices are plus VAT. We do not give credit for forwarding mail, the forwarding costs need to be paid in advance of the item being sent.

Posting Overseas: For your security we post overseas using a Tracked & Signed-For service (when available). We will be happy to use standard mail services upon request.

Please note that our Business Mail Forwarding Service is not for use as a registered office address. If you require a registered office address you will need to purchase this through our website. Our mail forwarding address is for normal business post which is addressed to your company.

Please Note: This service cannot be used as a Company Registered Office Service, or as a Directors Service Address facility. If you need a Registered Office for a Company for use on Companies House you will need to purchase either the Ltd Company Package or a Registered Office Service. If you need a Directors Service Address for use of a Director's listing on Companies House you will need to purchase either the Ltd Company Package or a Directors Service Address facility.

  • Identification: ID is required in line with our Terms & Conditions, Companies House ACSP requirements and the UK Money Laundering Regulations. ID is collected and processed by our approved partner TrustID.
