1. Agreement Overview
By purchasing services from Cloudivine Mail Ltd (Company No: 16502491), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of all our virtual addresses, mail forwarding, parcel handling, and registered office services.
2. Mandatory ID Verification (AML)
In accordance with the UK Money Laundering Regulations and Companies House ACSP requirements, Proof of ID and Proof of Address are mandatory for every client.
- Services will not commence, and no mail will be forwarded, until ID verification is successfully completed via our approved partner, TrustID.
- Failure to provide valid ID within a reasonable timeframe may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
3. Use of Address Services
Our addresses must only be used for the specific purposes purchased:
- Registered Office Service: May only be used as the official address for a Limited Company on Companies House.
- Directors Service Address: May only be used for a Director's public record on Companies House.
- Business / Parcel Forwarding: General business correspondence and parcels.
Our addresses cannot be used as a "Physical Office" for staff to work from, nor can they be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory activities. Misuse will result in immediate termination.
4. Mail and Parcel Handling Fees
Handling and forwarding fees apply as outlined on our service pages. Key terms include:
- Forwarded mail sent by Post is charged at the Royal Mail rate x 2 (plus packaging).
- Scanning services are charged at 25p + VAT per side of paper.
- Mail disposal fees apply for mail that is not forwarded or returned to sender.
- We do not offer credit for forwarding mail; costs must be paid in advance via a mail deposit.
5. Payments and Refunds
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT (currently 20%). As a business-to-business (B2B) transaction, services are generally non-refundable and no statutory cooling-off period applies once the address is put into use or registered with Companies House.
6. Termination of Service
Cloudivine Mail reserves the right to terminate your service immediately and return all mail to the sender if:
- You fail to maintain a positive balance for mail forwarding fees.
- You breach any of these Terms and Conditions or fail to maintain valid ID records.
- We suspect the address is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
